Service Description

Connect with your breath as we go deeper into a heart opening practice. Chest opening poses such as bow, camel, and upward dog combined with the breathing technique also known as "ocean breath" creates a sense of lightness, calm, and ease. Variations will be offered making this class great for all levels of experiences to explore new possibilities.

RootIIRise has a no refund policy, however, we do know that life happens, which is why you can reschedule for no additional charge up to 8 hours prior to your scheduled class. Cancellations done thereafter will incur a $15 convenience fee to reschedule the missed session.
