Service Description
Nourish and purify yourself in this faster paced, fun vinyasa flow that is sure to leave you feeling detoxed and refreshed. This class will incorporate HIIT (high intensity interval training) that will improve cardiovascular strength while you practice the skill of calming your mind and relaxing your nervous system during increased states of adrenaline and inversion practice. Variations will be offered making this class great for all levels of experiences to explore new possibilities.

RootIIRise has a no refund policy, however, we do know that life happens, which is why you can reschedule for no additional charge up to 8 hours prior to your scheduled class. Cancellations done thereafter will incur a $15 convenience fee to reschedule the missed session.
