Service Description

Extending your hip flexors beyond a normal range of motion allows you to leap out to tackle. This requires core strength, coordination and balance, an important skill in soccer and football. Otherwise, you’d fall over and possibly sustain injury. Yoga can help soccer players (or footballers) achieve and refine this skill. In basketball players need to be agile, flexible, and coordinated. Yoga can help each of these components for basketball players.

RootIIRise has a no refund policy, however, we do know that life happens, which is why you can reschedule for no additional charge up to 8 hours prior to your scheduled class. Cancellations done thereafter will incur a $15 convenience fee to reschedule the missed session.
